Tip #1 Just because you can "get" in it, doesn't mean you can fit it!

Alright first things first…start with a strong foundation.
You have to determine what your current body shape is.
Yes you can take measurements and use sizing charts but you have to actually LOOK at yourself…in a full length mirror!
Where do you hold most of your weight?
Where are your curves? Do you have curves?
How tall are you?
…and then turn around and check your hindquarters ladies!
What are some areas that your love about your body?
Now this isn't to point out all your flaws so don't start talking crazy about how flabby your arms are or how jiggly your inner thighs may be. I don't want to hear it!
The point is to make yourself aware of whats really beneath your clothes, so that you'll have a better sense of what your body actually looks like.
Now that you've examined your shape, it doesn't hurt to have someone take your measurements for you!
(The best measurements are taken with only your undergarments on or something that fits tight to the body)
